Health Support Project for the IDPs and Refugees in Ashti , Barika and Arabat Camps

From January 1, 2021, to March 31, 2021, Nwe Organization, with the support of Dare Organization, successfully implemented the Health Support Project for IDPs and Refugees in Ashti, Barika, and Arabat Camps. This initiative aimed to provide health support and livelihood opportunities for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and refugees, with a particular focus on women and girls.

Project Objectives:

Job Creation for Women and Girls: The project provided employment opportunities by engaging women and girls in producing 8,000 protective masks.

Health Awareness and COVID-19 Prevention: Nwe Organization staff, in collaboration with camp management, distributed the masks along with informational flyers to promote health precautions and prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Enhancing Stability and Well-Being: The project supported and improved the living conditions of IDPs and refugees in the camps.
