On September 10, 2024, Dangi Nwe Radio and Nwe Organization hosted an event titled Let’s Know the Vision of Girls and Women Candidates in Halabja.
The event began with a panel discussion focused on the role of parliamentarians in the legislative process, women’s participation in elections, and the presentation of key laws related to girls, women, and families. The panel featured Ms. Shokhan Ahmad, Lawyer and Director of the Women’s Legal Assistance Organization, and Mr. Halsho Abdulfattah, Electoral Expert. Following the panel, participants engaged in a lively question-and-answer session.
To conclude the event, women candidates from various political parties in Halabja shared their visions and plans for advancing society, promoting the rights of girls and women, and delivering their demands and messages to decision-makers.
